Important and necessary information for Indian visa for Bangladeshi passports holder

I have visit Indian visa application center ( Gulshan and Mothijheel) 5 time in last 15 days for my uncle and my Indian visa .May be every person has some bad experience for Indian visa. Form my sufferings and experience I found the following mistaken and their solution for submit the visa application for correctly. If you follow the instruction correctly, there was less chance for refuse and reject the visa application.

Instruction for perfectly submit the visa form  

1. Fill up your name correctly. Use family name as sure name ( if your name is Md. Monir Hossain use Hossain as sure name, Follow the passport , do not use Nation ID , or other Document)

2. Follow the spelling of address and Birth place as passport. Digital passport use different spelling like Narayanganj , Munshiganj , Manikganj, Mohammad . So use the same as written in passport.

3. You may need Electricity, telephone (BTCL) or WASA bill as per your passport. Some time they not received GAS bill so do not use GAS bill. A lot of people cannot submit the form due to address mistaken. You may need a copy of bill as per your present passport address. National ID is not important but a bill copy is very important for visa. Collect a Electric or WASA or Telephone bill as per your passport.

4. Visa application processing fee is Tk 400. Take four 100 take note for your convenient. Some time you have to wait for the change of money.

5. Go to application centre as per your schedule time, if you to 9 am but your time is 11 am you have to wait until 11 am.

6. Do not carry any bag to go to visa application center ( Gulshan) , it is strictly prohibited to carry any bag to the visa application center.

7. Mothijheel Visa application centre take 4-5 days for passport return, So if you want to do it quickly , deposit passport at Gulshan office. They take only 2 days to return passport.

8. It is very easy to correct the mistake of the visa application form, In case address or other kind of mistake re-entry the application correctly, they give you a new form with the same date appointment with the correct data. You can make change of the form one day before the appointment date.

I have received Indian Visa

Now Indian visa is not a easy matter for Bangladesh people , First time they may refuse to give visa , Last week my uncle and I try to submit visa application form , I have need 8 days for get the online appointment , I apply 6 march , they give me date at 13 , In the early morning of March 13 , my uncle and I want to Mothijheel for submit the Visa form , Uncle was in the earlier person in line , so he have submitted  the form first , but the I want to the counter they refuse my application , there was a very vary small mistake in my birth place , Then can ignore it but could not and told me to submit again . So I have to do the same process again , I there fore apply online that day and get another appointment at 20 March . Uncle was given date at 20 to collect the Passport. At March 20 , I have submit the passport at Gulshan Office because they take only 2 working day for return the passport , I was given date March 24 for collect the passport . At evening 5 pm uncle phone me and told me that he have delivered the passport without visa . This was a very big bad news for me , I have been waiting for 40 days for uncle. He was only one my families person who can help me and give me time for my treatment . Last 40 days he was in 40 days Chillah of Kakrail Mosjid . After his arrival form Chillah , I have start visa processing. His visa refusal make some difficulties in my India Visit . I can not go single because must need one attendant for treatment. At this situation I have been  waiting for my visa , if I have been also refuse for visa then the program may cancel . At March 24 , I want to Gulshan Indian Visa center for collect my passport , I received passport with 3 month visa , so I can visit India. I have give another appointment for my uncle at April 2 , If he again refuse then I may go with another person .

After filling a long 4 page information they give me date for submit the application at 13/03/2013. Today was March 13 , as per my appointment I came Mothijheel  IVAC at 9 am. there was a small line and I go to verification counter around 9.30 am. They verified that there was a spelling mistake in my birth place so they refuse my application . It was a very small mistake only I write (0) instate of (A). Normally Narayangonj is the perfect spelling , But now government is using Narayanganj(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narayanganj)  . This is a very small mistaken and any body can correction it. So for this reason I have fail to submit the application and have to resubmit the application again. It may cost my money, time and working hour. There was a lot of mistaken in all the documents , National ID card picture can not recognize the person, Name , father name and address are not perfect or not match  as original address and name .

Indian people do not helpful for us and they want to hazard us if they can , They are taking money for visa processing but do not help any body , Every time try to find out the mistaken. Today they also ask me  for my old passport , my old one is expired and out of order , but they need the old one . I have 7 time Indian visa in my passport so my all documents are available in their data base and they know me very well. So refusing my application for just to hazard me.

It is concluded that If Indian people are helpful and co operative it may save our Time , money and hazard .
