MRP passport

At last I have received my MRP passport. this is a very long story and it takes more then 90 days.For submit the application of MRP passport I go 2 days to Jatrabari passport office , first day I can not submit the paper due to it was attested by (Varprapto) on charge Chairman , then I attested  by another one and then submit it at february 1 , 2012 , after 4 hour finally I have submitted the passport form , there are digital camera and signature pad for digitized the passport .every one have to attended physically and taken picture and signature for passport. this is a fine system and i like it . if they use the database of national ID then it may be easier and  confident to all . Data entry operator of passport office entry the hole application form and then give me then delivery slip .it was date 22.02.2012 for delivery the passport . but i am waiting and waiting  for passport , there is a SMS system for status of passport , when I SMS for status it reply to visit for passport office , March 4 , I want to passport office for more information , they inform me that they are waiting for my previous passport documents . when the document came for Agourgoan office they will give it for printing . they i am waiting for its printing . At April 08 the reply sms was passport is printing and  at 23 them sms was it is ready for delivery .  At 29.04.12 it was Hartal day and i gi to collect the passport . After some processing the electricity was gone and we are waiting for its return back as becouse there is no backup like generator of IPS here and without checking it can not be deliverd as it is MRP( Machine readable passport )

the electricity came we stay in a line and received the new passport . passport office employ are government employ  and they are not interested for give some services for people .
